赵芹

赵芹,女,山东青岛人,工学博士,副教授,食品系主任。2011年毕业于中国海洋大学水产品加工与贮藏工程专业。主要研究生物活性物质的功能评价,从事过多种物质的促免疫、抗肿瘤、降血脂、调血糖,降血压以及对神经细胞保护作用活性的评价与筛选。
